We provide technical inspection services:

Analysis of whether it is possible to carry out technical re-equipment and reconstruction of buildings & structures (including loads increase on building elements or change of buildings structural schemes);

Determining the possibility of further safe exploitation;

Certification (development of existing buildings passports).

Integrated design:

Development of an approval part;

Development of working documentation.

Provision of services by a certified construction laboratory:

Determination of physical and mechanical characters of building materials (strength of steel, concrete, bricks, mortars, reinforcement parameters of concrete steel structures);

Geometric parameters of structures and mounts;

Determination of structures damage degree;

Deviation of structures from horizontal and vertical planes (bends, rolls, sediments).

Dealing with local complex engineering problems:

Checking calculations of foundations and foundations, steel, reinforced concrete and other constructions, nodes of their fastening (existing and designed elements);

Calculations of load carrying capacity of elements considering fire influence;

Analysis of settlement schemes for the possibility of their changes in order to save money;

Perform local calculations according to Eurocodes and other international regulatory documents.
